There is plenty of parking on site. You can park on either side of the venue. You will enter through the main front entrance.

OPEN SEATING  – COME EARLY! 

Premier VIP + Gold Ticket Holders will have access to open floor seating. All general admission ticket holders have access to the stadium seating in the venue arena.

The entire arena has great seating, but all seating is first-come, first-served. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together. 

We will have baptism sign ups in the main lobby when you arrive. You can sign up there! If you plan to get baptized, please bring a towel & change of clothes + INVITE your friends and family to be a part of this special moment! If you decide to get baptized during the event, we will make a last call to sign up during worship.

Yes! The building + arena is wheelchair accessible. There are designated areas in the arena for you and a guest to sit together. When you arrive to the venue, feel free to ask the ticket takers for further instructions if needed.

This is a family friendly event. We encourage all ages to attend and worship together!

Yes! There is a special rate for groups of 6 or more. Select "Group Rate" when purchasing your tickets.

Yes, there will be food and drinks available for purchase at the venue. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

No, unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
